- Contact and intake information: name, email address, phone number (optional), and any information you share when submitting a contact or inquiry form.
- Booking information: scheduling data provided when booking a discovery call or session.
- Session content: notes, reflections, and communications shared in the course of coaching, including information shared in written or verbal sessions.
- Payment information: processed by third-party payment processors; the Company does not store full payment card data.

- Usage data: pages visited, referring URLs, browser type, device type, and general geographic location (city/region level) via standard web analytics tools.

AI-assisted session data (with consent):
- Where you have consented, session transcripts, summaries, and pattern data may be processed through AI-enabled platforms (such as Sana or similar tools) to support coaching continuity.

AI-Assisted Tools & Third-Party Platforms
Where you consent to AI-assisted session features, your session data may be processed by third-party AI platforms (such as Sana or similar services). These platforms operate under their own terms of service and privacy policies. We recommend reviewing the applicable third-party policies before consenting.
The Company implements reasonable measures to select third-party tools that maintain appropriate data security and confidentiality standards. We are not responsible for the independent data practices of third-party platforms beyond our contractual obligations with them.
You may withdraw consent to AI-assisted processing at any time by contacting us at coach@everydayfuture.work. Withdrawal applies prospectively.
Cookies & Tracking Technologies
Our Site uses cookies and similar technologies to support functionality and understand how the Site is used. Types of cookies we may use:

AI-assisted session data is subject to the data retention policies of the applicable third-party platform, in addition to the Company’s retention practices.
You may request deletion of your personal information at any time (see “Your Rights & Choices” below). We will honor such requests where not precluded by legal obligations or legitimate business necessity.
Your Rights & Choices
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Request deletion of your personal information.
- Withdraw consent for optional data processing (including AI session features).
- Object to or restrict certain processing activities.
- Receive your data in a portable format.
Washington State residents may have additional rights under the Washington My Health My Data Act or other applicable state law. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at coach@everydayfuture.work. We will respond within 30 days.
Children’s Privacy
Our Services are intended for adults and are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, we will delete it promptly.
Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
